THE QUIET STUDIO
A calm, guided creative space for people navigating loss, change, overwhelm, or disconnection.
You do not need artistic experience.
You do not need to explain yourself.
You are simply welcome here.
These workshops are artist-led and reflective in nature, but they are not therapy or group counselling.
The intention is to offer a thoughtfully held creative space where participants can slow down, reconnect with themselves, and explore creativity in a calm and supported environment.
